1. What is Thread 365?

Thread 365 is a brand of essential apparel for men and women. It is currently focused on basic tees such as tank tops, short-sleeved crew necks, v-necks, scoop necks. We offer long sleeved tees in crew necks and henleys as well.

    2. Where is Thread 365 made?

      Thread 365 is a brand conceptualized and designed in the Philippines. It uses imported fabric and is manufactured in factories abroad that follow strict standards. Currently the tees are made in Vietnam. Thread 365 is produced in factories that serve some of the leading global brands known for their strict quality and proper working conditions.

        3. What is my size in Thread 365?

          Thread 365 follows standard global sizing. We do not change our sizes for the Asian market. Safe to say that whatever your typical size is in leading American or European brands, this would also be your size in Thread 365. Thread 365 tees should fall comfortably on your body. If you prefer a tighter or loser fit, then the size you choose will depend on this. To be sure, please refer to our size chart.

                5. What are your payment methods for online orders?

                  We accept payments via Paypal and bank deposit (BDO or BPI).

                    6. Do you ship nationwide in the Philippines?

                      Yes, we ship nationwide. We currently do not ship outside of the Philippines.

                        7. How long does it take to process my order?

                          Thread365 and our courier partner will deliver your items to your specified shipping address. From the time of payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and holidays, orders will be delivered within the next 2-4 business days for those shipped within Metro Manila, and 4-7 business days for provincial delivery.  During sale or promo periods, processing of orders may take longer than usual as we expect high volume of orders to come in. We truly apologize for any delay that may be encountered, but rest assured that all orders are processed as soon as possible. 

                          At Thread 365, we encourage a happy and balanced work schedule. Our offices are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and government declared holidays. If you place an order at the end of day on Friday, over the weekend, or during a public holiday, please expect a confirmation from us on Monday or on the next business day.

                            8. What is Thread 365’s exchange policy?

                              In cases wherein you have received an item that is damaged or defective, is not what you ordered, or has missing parts as indicated in the packaging, you may have your item replaced as long it meets the following criteria:

                              • It is within fifteen (15) days upon receiving the package.
                              • It is in new condition, never been used, and in the original packaging along with all accessories.
                              • The item was purchased from www.thread365.com.
